TIART - Superpowers

Given my recent injury, healing, and research, this weeks Take It and Run Thursdays at Runners' Lounge was an easy one.

You mean being a mom isn't enough of a superpower??!

Buns bones of steel would be nice... no more stress fractures -- but why stop there?  If I could choose any superpower, it would be immediate healing.  You ever see those cartoons where they look down at their hand with a huge gash in it, then all of a sudden the skin morphs back and they're perfect again, ready to conquer the world?  One touch where ever there is pain, an injury, illness, and voila, all better. No need to have down-time for injuries, no pain, just the ability to do what you enjoy. And since we're superhuman, no more cancer, no more disease. Am I asking for too much?

I'll geek out for a moment, but that was always my favorite part of the Harry Potter books/movies. They can just regrow bones! How cool is that.

Nice superpower. But I agree, isn't being a mom enough?

Yeah! I wish I was like that bad Terminator guy in Terminator 2 - liquid metal and instant healing! I don't remember him suffering from plantar fasciitis...

of course, he got destroyed at the end anyway.
