... keep your fingers crossed for me. I am going to the doctor later this afternoon to get the results of my blood work and bone density tests I had done a few weeks ago. As with anything, I'm hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. I'm staying positive because I've been feeling good, next to no pain in my legs, but I just have that feeling. A knot in my stomach, a sense that there is something... ever get that? I will be sure to update later... so stay tuned. In the meantime, recapping Nov's digits, I broke 100km in a month since my injury! Haven't done that since July, which ironically, was exactly the same distance -- I hit 119.81km running, some yoga, only 1 swim (i dread getting out of the pool at 10pm and walking out to my car in the cold temperatures, and mornings are not an option for me, as I get my son ready for school, and it's still to freakin' cold then anyway!... but really want to go back for a swim!), 30k on the bike, 5 hours of kickboxing, and a few hours of strength training.
Ok, gotta teach in the next 20 minutes, then I'm off to the doc... don't forget to keep your fingers crossed... i'll be checking!!! :)
