I've been told that I inspire; I've been inspired. Accomplished my goal of a Half Marathon, and disappointment of 6 weeks off due to stress fractures. Made friends, lost weight, learned more about myself than ever before, and ran the mileage equivalent from my house to the starting line of Boston’s marathon!

I'm looking forward to seeing what 2009 brings for me and all of you! All the best in the new year!

I don't know how you ever thought of totaling up the miles from your house to Boston. I have admit though it's pretty neat.

Dealing with the disappointment of injuries can definitely be more challenging than the running itself! I didn't realize these end-of-year running reviews would be so moving-- you've done so much!
