reading the blogs of Canadians and the northern folks these days, there's been a lot of talk about winter running, snow, ice, cold, etc. With all that training under your belt, feel ready to tackle **this race**?
WOW... But for those of you motivated by crowd support, you may want a different race... lol.
Thanks for commenting on my blog. No, my run in the snow this morning is NOTHING like what you real northerners have to put up with. This was a puny, 1"-on-the-grass-almost-nothing-on-the-road kind of snow. Like I said, it doesn't take much snow to get this southern boy excited. :-D

No amount of training could convince me that I could survive that! I can barely handle Minnesota!
And I thought the Great Wall marathon was tough. That video just gave me an insight that there are possibly bigger and harder marathons out there!
Wow...that looks like an...experience... Doesn't look like a Boston qualifier race though, ha ha!
Am I ready for what? YouTube?
YouTube doesn't frighten us Americans, sistre!
But Hulu?
That sh*t's scary!
I read a blog written by a woman training for the marathon in Antarctica. Yikes!
That is absolutely crazy, but a teeny tiny part of me would love to do it one day.
It would be amazing to see nothing but flat snowy/icey terrain in all directions...amazing and scary!
Rather do a desert marathon. I had enough of the cold in Ohio
I can't take it anymore. It's been snowing for hours here. Looks like we are going to end up with 5 or 6 inches. Argh!!!
Yikes!!!
That is crazy yet i am intrigued!!!
HAPPY TUESDAY!!!
The scenery is wonderful---to watch. NO thanks. I don't run under 20.
yikes! that is definately NOT for me

And I was complaining about 18 degrees this morning!
I'm such a pu$$y! I can't even run in 15 right now. What a baby I've become.
Nuts! but somehow in a good way...
Heh Mel! Thanks for stopping by. :D And thank you very much for letting me know the new addy...
Snow running? I'm a wuss... lol
All it took was one injury from the ice and now I am too scared to head out there. The hampster wheel was the best invention!
I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around the concept of running 26.2 in snow shoes...that's crazy...
good lord! no thank you!!
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
