Not so Wordless Wednesday

Kind of a lame attempt at wordless wednesday, but I saw this sign recently at Jay's daughter's hockey tournament, seemed fitting for me this week.

Very True. Just keep your focus and your pace. You've got it! And remember...at mile 20 you're half way done :)

Love it Mel. Can't wait for the day when the whole run is as easy and fun as the first 2 minutes...

Hope you're doing well in the countdown to the weekend.

Ooooooo, a PICTURE of words!

You Klever Kanadian! You found, if not a loophole, at least a debatable grey area for Wordless Wednesday.

Now make you case for it ... using NO words OR Pix of words!

By the way, who shot Teh Marcy out of a cannon this morning? She's like first at every single blog today!

Usually it's you, isn't it, Sistre?
