During my run today, my pace increased when:

I'll be catching up with you all Sunday/Monday, as I'm heading out of town at stupid o'clock tomorrow morning.

Our tri group is heading to the lake once again for more squeezing into a wetsuit open water swimming practice, along with another mock tri tomorrow. Sunday we'll be back at the same place spectating and cheering on a few triathletes in our group at the Barrie Triathlon, and Kids of Steel Tri, and time permitting, another open water swim. I'm staying with a friend saturday night so that I don't have to wake up so early both Saturday and Sunday, and make the back-n-forth drive so many times.
