i'm gonna tri!

When I started this journey, I could barely run from telephone pole to telephone pole, swimming from one end of the pool to the other winded me worse than running, and sitting on the saddle of my bike for more than 15 minutes made my bum numb... not to mention what it does to the other girlie parts. Let's see what I can do Sunday! :)

Most importantly....when those moments of doubt or pain enter your head, you have to deal with them the right way. Know everyone is having the same feelings and that you have proven in training that it can hurt and yet you survive....so it is ognna hurt in the race......think of how you will feel crossing the finish line having given it your all!
